I specialize in therapy for women who are struggling to feel understood while dealing with the impacts of long term or chronic health conditions, particularly Epilepsy or Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures, or those processing their adoption journey.
Clients often tell me they leave therapy feeling:
Grounded
Confident
More in control of their lives
Less burdened by self-doubt and shame

Specializing in:
Depression & Anxiety
Trauma
Epilepsy & Functional Seizures
Chronic Illness
Adoption
My Services:
-
Adoption can raise complex questions about identity, belonging, and connection. As an adoptee in reunion, I bring lived experience alongside professional training to support you with care, understanding, and compassion.
-
Trauma often lives in both the mind and body. Whether your experiences were sudden or ongoing, we work together to build safety, trust, and a new relationship with the past—one that no longer controls your present.
-
Epilepsy, Functional Seizures and Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures (PNES) can shape life daily in ways others don’t always see—impacting confidence, freedom, and emotional health. With supportive, understanding care the respects your experience, you can feel more settled, hopeful and connected to w ho you are.
-
Living with chronic illness impacts identity, independence, and emotional well-being. With compassionate support that meets you where you are, you can begin to feel steadier, more hopeful, and more connected to yourself.
-
Depression and anxiety can show up as constant worry, numbness, or disconnection. Therapy with me offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, feel understood, and gently reconnect with yourself.

What is online therapy and how does it work?
Your first session is a supportive first step. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what support might feel most helpful right now. It’s also a chance to see if working together feels like a good fit.
What can I expect in our first session?

Online therapy also called telehealth or virtual visits refers to therapy services provided online via video. The online virtual sessions are a convenient way to access the same therapy services you would receive in office. The sessions are conducted through a website called Doxy. It is secure, HIPAA compliant, and easy-to-use. Doxy is simple to use with no purchases, no downloads and no passwords needed. When you log on to Doxy, a pop-up window will ask for your first name, and then you will be put into a virtual waiting area.
Who do you work with?
If something inside you is telling you that you need support, that’s often reason enough. You don’t need to be in crisis. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel heard, be seen and explore what you’re carrying, at a pace that feels right for you.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Yes. Many people find online therapy to be just as effective as in-person therapy. Meeting from your own space can help you feel more comfortable and at ease.
